Convert EML to JPEG with Attachments

Windows XP/2003/Vista/7/8/10

Total Mail Converter Pro is an EML converter that has a useful feature, which allows you to convert messages themselves and treat files attached to them according to your needs. The extensive array of options featured in the wizard enable you to shape your output files in many different ways. For example, you can either save each message to a JPEG file or specify a group of messages and save them as one JPEG file. Also, you can convert EML to JPEG with attachments and treat attachments in a similar way.

Other advantages include a batch option, which allows you to manage a large number of messages in one go, and command line support. The latter enables you to convert email attachments from within different applications.

How to Turn EML to JPEG

With this program close at hand, you can conveniently save your email messages as JPEG files. To do that, run Total Mail Converter Pro and click on the folder containing your messages. Use the folder tree in the left-hand part of the interface. Once you click on it, the messages will be arranged in a list to the right of the folder tree. There will be a checkbox near each file, so you can either check your messages manually or press the "Check All" button and thus check all the messages instantly. The checked files will be converted to JPEG when you launch conversion after applying conversion parameters.

Conversion parameters are applied via the wizard. Here you can do the following:

Set destination of your JPEG files and convert them either as separate JPEG images or make a single image out of them.

Use a certain file name pattern, select a file, from which you want to start naming your images and remove prefixes (this is optional).

Export fields according to your preferences (Sender, Recipient, Date, Subject, Body, etc.)

Apply various attachments options. Here you can include attachments into documents, unzip archives attached to your messages, convert them, etc.

Set appearance for your JPEG images.

Arrange headers and footers as suits your needs.

Apply paper size, margins, compression, properties, encryption and sign options in the Documents section

When you are finished with these settings, select "Start conversion" or press the "Start!" button to launch the conversion. All your output images will be shaped according to the selections you have just made in the wizard.
