Total Mail Converter Pro is a batch MSG converter that converts emails to TIFF in batches. Instead of mouse-clicking each MSG file, you need to just activate the "Check all" function, apply appropriate settings and launch the conversion.

How to Convert MSG into TIFF Images Including Attachments

Open the program and highlight the directory containing EML files. All these messages will be arranged in a list in the middle panel of the interface. In order to choose which file you want to convert, tick the checkbox located next to the file. If you would like to process all the emails, press "Check all". If you want to convert emails located in subfolders as well, check "Include subfolders".

Select "TIFF" in the list of output formats and check the wizard.

Set destination for your TIFF files. Choose fields, which you need to export. Pay attention to attachments, as this section offers a spectrum of options to be applied to files attached to your emails. Appearance allows you to use either an internal scheme or external CSS file. Adjust headers/footers in such a way that they occupy appropriate positions. Use the Document option to apply appropriate paper size, compression level and photometric parameters. It takes a bit of experience to figure out these parameters.
